We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Audit Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public accounting. As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the audit team, ensuring the accuracy of financial statements, and providing valuable insights to the management team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the audit team to ensure timely and accurate completion of audits
• Develop and implement audit plans, procedures, and methodologies
• Review and analyze financial statements to ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Identify and communicate audit findings to management and recommend corrective actions
• Provide guidance and support to the audit team on complex audit issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of audit activities
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the audit team is performing at the highest level
• Manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA certification required
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting or related field
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other regulatory requirements
• Experience in auditing for-profit organizations,
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team management skills
