We are seeking a Permanent Senior Building Automation Systems Specialist with a passion for innovation and a desire to work on a team that is transforming the construction industry. As a Senior Building Automation Systems Specialist, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining cutting-edge building automation systems that will help our clients achieve their goals. You will be working with a team of experts in the field of building automation and construction, and you will have access to the latest technology and tools to help you succeed.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement building automation systems using Tridium Niagara, Distech GFX, Honeywell Spider Tool, Johnson Controls CCT/PCT, or equivalent software
• Work with clients to understand their needs and develop customized solutions that meet their requirements
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with building automation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability
• Develop and maintain documentation for building automation systems, including system architecture diagrams, wiring diagrams, and user manuals
• Train clients and end-users on how to use building automation systems
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in building automation and construction, and make recommendations for improvements to existing systems

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing building automation systems using Tridium Niagara, Distech GFX, Honeywell Spider Tool, Johnson Controls CCT/PCT, or equivalent software
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and controls, electrical systems, and building automation protocols (BACnet, Modbus, LonWorks, etc.)
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to think creatively and adapt to changing requirements
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, end-users, and team members
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field preferred, but not required
