We are a manufacturing company seeking a Senior Buyer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for procurement, negotiation, ERP systems, pricing, and purchasing. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies that meet the company's goals and objectives.
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and terms for products and services.
• Manage the purchasing process from start to finish, including sourcing, ordering, and delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services.
• Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual agreements and quality standards.
• Analyze market trends and developments to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Manage relationships with key suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and continuous improvement.
• Work closely with the finance team to manage budgets and forecast future spending.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in purchasing, or supply chain management.
• Experience in the nutraceutical industry is preferred.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with suppliers.
• Experience with ERP systems and other procurement software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
