Job Details

Minimum 15+ years of commercial litigation experience

Strong writing, research, and motion practice skills

Meaningful trial and courtroom experience expected

Prior experience managing teams, clients, and files independently

Construction defect litigation experience is preferred

Portable book required (some flexibility on size if you show upside)

Must be comfortable leading commercial litigation strategy from intake to verdict
