Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Compensation Analyst to join our dynamic Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to contribute to the strategic direction of our compensation programs and policies. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the development, implementation, and management of compensation strategies that attract, retain, and motivate our employees.

1. Developing, implementing, and managing competitive compensation programs and ensuring they align with our strategic objectives.
2. Conducting comprehensive market analysis to assess our competitiveness and making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
3. Collaborating with HR and Legal teams to ensure our compensation policies comply with federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Leading the annual compensation review process, including merit increases and bonus calculations.
5. Designing and implementing incentive plans to drive performance and reward achievement.
6. Providing guidance and training to HR and management on compensation-related matters.
7. Participating in compensation surveys to collect and analyze competitive salary information.
8. Developing and maintaining job descriptions for all positions, ensuring they reflect job responsibilities, activities, duties, and requirements.
9. Assisting with the development of compensation communication materials and presentations.

1. A minimum of three years of experience as a Senior Compensation Analyst or a similar role.
2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
3. Certification as a Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Professional in Human Resources/Senior Professional in Human Resources (PHR/SPHR) is strongly preferred.
4. Proven experience in incentive planning and benefits administration.
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
6. Comprehensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation.
7. Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced Excel skills and experience with HRIS systems.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
