We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Senior Construction Project Manager. This role will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from the initial planning stages right through to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing ground up and TI construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget. This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role within our organization and play a key part in shaping our success.


  • Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
  • Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
  • Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
  • Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors.
  • Meet contractual conditions of performance.
  • Review the work progress on a daily basis.
  • Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones.
  • Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses.
  • Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
  • Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
  • Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.


  • Proven working experience in construction management, with at least 5+ years in a project management role.
  • Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods.
  • Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
  • Understanding of all facets of the construction process.
  • Familiarity with construction management software packages.
  • Ability to plan and see the “big picture”.
  • Competent in conflict and crisis management.
  • Excellent time and project management skills.
  • BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field.
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding blueprints and architectural plans.
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience managing budgets.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
