Job Description:

• Work with project managers and stakeholders to execute projects and achieve organizational goals.
• Lead, organize, and control project activities, including decision-making, deliverable coordination, and document management.
• Support project meetings and deliverables throughout the Edison service territory.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management support.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management functions.
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or related field.
• Project Management Certificate preferred.
• Experience in utility or contractor environment with major transmission or distribution projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including spreadsheet and presentation software.
• Familiarity with document management platforms like SharePoint or Aconex.
• Ability to work across multiple disciplines and engage with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Customer-focused and able to respond to stakeholders' business needs.
• Strong ethics, interpersonal skills, and ability to manage stress.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate project activities and track objectives, timelines, risks, milestones, and budgets.
• Recommend and implement solutions and lead project teams.
• Analyze and resolve complex issues in a timely and cost-effective manner.
• Lead decision-making discussions and advise on project direction.
• Follow up with stakeholders to ensure completion of project deliverables.
• Partner with Project Manager to meet schedule, budget, and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate and communicate key project deliverables effectively.
• Manage document analysis and draw conclusions from complex data.
• Track document management, change management, and risk logs.
• Collaborate with PM to ensure contractor compliance.
• Develop meeting minutes and key deliverables/presentations.
• Support site visits and coordinate job walks.
• Provide consistent communication and follow-up with Project Manager.
• Facilitate collaborative meetings and document review processes.
• Manage project documents in applicable document management repository.
• Travel may be required throughout the Edison service territory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or relevant field.
• Experience with large datasets and report generation.
• Proficiency in pivot tables, v-lookups, and data management techniques.

Highly Preferred:

• Experience with SAS Base or SAS Enterprise Guide.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other querying languages.
• Familiarity with SAP or other enterprise data repository.
