Job Details

You will be responsible for the programming and simulation of FANUC robots for our Automation Division. You will be programming these from scratch and experience with this 0 to 1 robot programming is what we are hoping you will bring to the table!

Core Responsibilities:

  • Programming and simulation of FANUC robots.
  • Communication setup (EIP, CClink, Ethercat, etc.)
  • Setup of tools such as DCS, iRVision, TCP, User Frame, Aux Axis, CRX, IIC, Line Tracking, Force Sensing, iRPickTool, and PalletTool.
  • Complete initial robotic programs offline prior to assembly.
  • Debug robotic cell on assembly floor.
  • Participate in Risk Assessment and safety planning.
  • Participate in a team-oriented phase-gate process.
  • Travel to customer sites for system debug and startup.
  • Provide technical support and training for internal and external customers.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with weekly task list updates and reporting.
  • Complete assigned project work per customer and company requirements, on time, and within the project budget.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years’ experience in robotic automation programming that includes experience with FANUC.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5-15%.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, 365, and Teams.
