Mobile gaming company is hiring for a Senior Data Analyst!

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team. Responsibilities:

As a Senior Data Analyst, your responsibilities will include:

1. Developing and maintaining robust, efficient SQL queries for data extraction and manipulation from our large, complex databases.
2. Leveraging Tableau to build insightful, interactive dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
3. Utilizing Python for advanced data analysis, data modeling, and automation tasks.
4. Managing and optimizing Vertica to ensure the performance, reliability, and security of our data warehouse.
5. Conducting rigorous A/B testing to evaluate the impact of changes on key performance indicators.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide data-driven insights.
7. Developing and implementing data standards and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and consistency of data.
8. Presenting data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership teams.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the Senior Data Analyst position should have the following qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data analysis role, preferably within the technology industry.
3. Proficiency in SQL and experience querying large, complex data sets.
4. Strong experience with data visualization tools, preferably Tableau, and the ability to create dynamic dashboards.
5. Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
6. Experience with Vertica or similar columnar data warehouse solutions.
7. Solid understanding of A/B testing principles and experience in conducting A/B tests.
8. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
9. Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner to non-technical stakeholders.
10. Self-motivated, curious, and passionate about data and analytics.
