Key Responsibilities:

Participate in business and technical requirement meetings, create technical designs and solutions to fit business goals, and provide estimates for proposed solutions. Communicate solutions to both technical and non-technical staff.
Work alongside Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other Engineers on the team and focus on leading design & implementation, mentoring other technical and functional team members to offer a comprehensive solution.
Work closely with scrum teams on technical review of solutions and consult with enterprise architecture review board to ensure adherence to the enterprise architecture and security standards.
Design and develop solutions using Apex, Visual Force, Lightening Component Framework, 3rd party APIs, and Salesforce.com development environment which includes custom objects, flows, triggers, controllers, extensions, migration tools, SOQL, and web services.
Design and develop highly interactive UI using Lightning Component Framework, Visual Force, JavaScript and JQuery technologies.
Perform data transfer and cleansing via APEX Data Loader and/or SFDC Import Wizard.
Develop/maintain eCommerce offering on B2B Commerce Cloud.
Analyze Salesforce major releases and coordinate impact with development teams.
Conduct unit testing and support other testing cycles like QA, UAT, regression, and system testing.
Coordinate and conduct code reviews to promote and demonstrate desired behaviors to less experienced engineers.
Regularly participate, deliver, and promote peer learning sessions, share advanced tips and techniques and/or newly acquired technical/business knowledge with peers and mentor junior staff on emerging technologies.


Skills and Abilities:

Advanced understanding of the principles of DevOps, cloud, system security, and/or data modeling.
Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Exercise positive influence in change and improvement through excellent technical leadership skills.
Demonstrate understanding of software engineering concepts and be responsible for working on full lifecycle engineering efforts using Agile methodologies, object-oriented design, accepted design patterns and practices on SFDC platform.
Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, B2B Commerce Cloud/CloudCraze, Experience Cloud (Communities) is required, and experience with Salesforce Identity is a plus.
Expertise in Salesforce technical architecture to assess business requirements and recommend solutions to design secure, high-performance technical solutions.
Good interpersonal skills and demonstrated success working with cross-functional teams.
Experience with Atlassian tools like Jira, Confluence, Bamboo (or similar tools) preferred.
Experience with source versioning systems like SVN (or similar) preferred.
Experience with CC360 MDM application is a plus.
Platform Developer I, or II, or Platform App Builder certification is a plus.
