Job Details
Execute electrical designs in compliance with department procedures, standards, and client-specific requirements
Collaborate with Managing Principal, Project Managers, and Electrical Team Leader to plan and prioritize work within budget constraints
Maintain awareness of project schedules, status, and technical issues; review designs with supervisors and department heads before client submission
Lead technical teams and deliver designs for various clients; provide support and guidance to assigned staff
Ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards, continuously improving deliverable quality and efficiency of the team
Knowledge, Qualifications, and Skill Requirements:
Proficiency in Excel, Revit, SKM, AGI 32, and AMPCALC 4
Strong analytical ability and proven leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE preferred) and licensure or ability to obtain licensure in MA within one year
10 to 15 years of experience in MEP consulting, design-build, architectural, or construction companies
EIT (Engineer-in-Training) required, PE (Professional Engineer) preferred, LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) preferred
