We are seeking a talented and experienced Permanent Senior Electrical Substation Engineer to join our growing team in the Engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for substation engineering and electrical substation design, as well as hold a Licensed PE certification. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop electrical substation projects from conception to completion
• Provide technical expertise and guidance on substation engineering projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, site assessments, and cost estimates for substation projects
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
• Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with specialization in the Electrical discipline
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) certification
• 7+ years of experience in substation engineering and electrical substation design
• Strong knowledge of industry standards and regulations & NEC
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
