We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team in the construction industry. As a Senior Estimator, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for construction projects. You will work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to develop detailed scopes of work, conceptual estimates, and budgets. You will also be responsible for pricing and bidding on construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed scopes of work for construction projects
• Prepare conceptual estimates and budgets for construction projects
• Analyze project specifications and blueprints to determine material and labor requirements
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate estimates
• Prepare and submit bids for construction projects
• Maintain accurate records of estimates and bids
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits as necessary
• Provide guidance and support to junior estimators as needed

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in estimating in the construction industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read and interpret project specifications and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and estimating software
• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred
