Job Details
What You’ll Do:
Independently perform take-offs and estimates—no training required.
Utilize Excel for all estimating work (no complex software knowledge needed).
Work closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to develop accurate and competitive bids.
Analyze project plans, specifications, and costs to ensure precise estimates.
What We're Looking For:
✔ 3-30 years of estimating experience in commercial construction.
✔ Strong ability to produce accurate take-offs and estimates without supervision.
✔ Masonry experience preferred.
✔ Experience working on projects in the $300K to $3M range across multiple sectors.
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
