Senior Family Law Attorney - Focusing on Litigation

What You’ll Do:
✅ Represent clients in all aspects of family law, including divorce, custody, support, and property division
✅ Draft pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
✅ Handle discovery, negotiations, mediations, and trials
✅ Provide compassionate, strategic counsel to clients during emotionally charged situations
✅ Work closely with our skilled legal team to develop case strategies

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ J.D. from an accredited law school & California Bar admission
✔️ 2+ years of family law experience (litigation experience a plus!)
✔️ Strong advocacy, negotiation, and courtroom presence
✔️ Excellent legal research and writing skills
✔️ Ability to manage a caseload independently while collaborating with the team
✔️ Passion for helping clients achieve positive resolutions in difficult times
