Job Details

Responsibilities:
1. Conducting detailed financial analyses and reports on financial performance and trends.
2. Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives and decision-making processes.
3. Participating in the budgeting process, including the creation, analysis, and review of budgets.
4. Providing accurate and timely forecasting of the company's financial performance.
5. Collaborating with various teams across the organization to gather relevant data and inputs for financial modeling and analysis.
6. Identifying potential areas of improvement in financial operations and strategies.
7. Presenting financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
8. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards.
9. Participating in special projects and ad-hoc financial analyses as required.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. A Master’s degree or professional certifications such as CFA or CPA will be considered a plus.
2. Minimum of 2+ years of experience in financial analysis or related roles.
3. Profound knowledge of financial forecasting, financial modeling, and budgeting techniques.
4. Exceptional analytical skills and a strong attention to detail.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel skills.
6. Experience with financial software systems.
7. Strong understanding of financial regulations and standards.
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex financial information in a clear and concise manner.
9. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
