Job Details

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial reporting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Manage the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842 standards.
  • Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete financial information.
  • Provide guidance and support to accounting teams on complex accounting issues.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
  • Manage and coordinate the external audit process.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • CPA certification required.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related field.
  • Extensive knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842, and SEC regulations.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
