Senior Financial Reporting Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Permanent Senior Financial Reporting Manager to join our team in the Technology industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ASC 606, ASC 842, GAAP, and Financial Reporting. As a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for leading the financial reporting team and ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the financial reporting team and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Manage the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Ensure compliance with ASC 606 and ASC 842 standards.
• Manage the preparation and review of quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and complete financial information.
• Provide guidance and support to accounting teams on complex accounting issues.
• Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve financial reporting processes.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOX requirements.
• Manage and coordinate the external audit process.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA certification required.
• 5+ years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP, ASC 606, ASC 842, and SEC regulations.
• Strong leadership and management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with SOX compliance and internal controls.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
