Senior Growth Engineer - Blockchain

As a Senior Growth Engineer at, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and adoption of our blockchain infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and implementing growth strategies and tools that propel our ecosystem forward. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with Rust and develop an in-house parallel EVM to facilitate parallel execution while focusing on user acquisition and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Growth Strategy: Collaborate on the development of growth strategies to expand our user base and increase platform adoption.
• Shared Sequencer Development (Settlement Layer): Participate in the development of our shared sequencer, a fundamental component of our blockchain infrastructure, ensuring it meets the highest standards of security and efficiency.
• User Acquisition: Design and implement tools and features to attract new users to our platform.
• User Retention: Create strategies and features to enhance user retention, ensuring a positive user experience.
• Protocol Enhancement: Contribute to protocol development efforts, optimizing for performance, scalability, and security in alignment with growth objectives.
• Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable Rust code to implement growth-focused features and enhancements.
• Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, marketers, and product managers, to drive growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in blockchain protocol development, with a strong emphasis on Rust.
• Familiarity with parallel execution in blockchain systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience with growth engineering in the blockchain or tech industry.
• Previous work on blockchain projects or contributions to open-source blockchain repositories.
