We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior HVAC & Plumbing Engineer to join our team in the Engineering industry. As a Senior HVAC & Plumbing Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of HVAC Technicians, working with contractors, and managing projects related to commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing systems. The ideal candidate will have 8-10+ years of experience in the field, with a strong background in commercial construction HVAC and plumbing principles.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of engineers and technicians in the design, installation, and maintenance of Carbon dioxide capture devices that retrofit into commercial

building HVAC systems.

• Work closely with contractors and other stakeholders to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
• Manage all aspects of project deployment, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Develop and implement best practices for Carbon dioxide device, installation, and maintenance.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of Carbon dioxide device & HVAC and plumbing systems to identify potential issues and recommend

solutions.

• Provide technical guidance and support to other engineers and technicians on the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to HVAC and plumbing systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 8-10+ years of experience in commercial and industrial HVAC and plumbing system design, installation, and maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing principles and commercial construction HVAC systems.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and technicians.
• Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with contractors, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with product deployment and industrial buildings is a plus.
