This a contract, fully remote position. Candidates must be Pacific Time or Mountain Time.

The Product Marketing Manager will be leading a large-scale web application transformation.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Must have experience with web/mobile app deployments from ideation to launch
  • 5-10 years experience in product marketing or program management
  • PMP and/or CPM certification
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products, driving revenue growth, and achieving business objectives.
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate market insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in market research, competitive analysis tools, and methodologies.

Develop and execute product marketing strategies:
  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive the adoption and success of our products with a large focus on our website refresh
  • Sets the tone for what success looks like and develops KPI’s and OKR’s to justify success metrics
  • Ability to develop and execute comprehensive UX including user journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, and information architecture.
  • Conduct market research, customer analysis, and competitive intelligence to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation.

Drive product launches and go-to-market strategies:
  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of successful product launches for new products, features, and enhancements.
  • Drive and collaborate with project team and stakeholders to iron out business requirements and mapping of desired end-state
  • Help develop go-to-market strategies that encompass product positioning, messaging, pricing, distribution channels, and promotional activities.
  • Support creation compelling marketing collateral, product brochures, website content, and case studies, to support product launches and drive customer engagement.
  • Ensure user experience, creative and content considers and includes research findings and key business decisions – both of which should be leveraged to create and inform new functionality and content.
  • Enable the teams with effective tools, training, and resources to drive product adoption and revenue growth.


User experience and technical acumen:
  • Proficiency in conducting usability evaluations, including heuristic evaluations, usability testing, and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to identify usability issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to inform the design process
  • Conduct regular market research, customer segmentation, and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and product roadmap decisions.
  • Understands backend functionality and integration. Ability to speak to technical dependencies to all levels of audience.

Cross-functional collaboration:
  • Full project life cycle ownership: successful project delivery will include full implementation from initiation to deployment
  • Collaborate closely with product management to provide market feedback, inform product roadmap decisions, and ensure product-market fit.
  • Work closely with the project team and stakeholders to develop enablement tools, training programs, and support materials to drive sales effectiveness and customer success.
  • Managing and meeting the needs of senior stakeholders, including conducting executive leadership proposals or program reviews in the form of written documents, publishing post-launch metrics, and escalating to drive decision-making
  • Partner with the marketing team to develop integrated marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, content creation, events, and thought leadership initiatives.
