What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred)
- 8–10+ years of corporate-level experience in FP&A, forecasting, or financial strategy within manufacturing
- Extensive experience working directly with CEOs, CFOs, and Board members
- Deep knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow forecasting
- Strong background in corporate accounting
- Advanced Excel and proficiency in forecasting platforms (e.g., Planful, SAP, Oracle, Power BI, Tableau)
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end forecasting cycles with precision and speed
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with executive presence
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to challenge assumptions and uncover root causes

- Forecasts that hit EBITDA, Net Income, and Cash Flow targets with minimal variance
- Insightful monthly reporting decks that spark action, not confusion
- Timely delivery of forecasts and variance analysis
- Confident, clear communication with C-level and Board stakeholders
- A forecasting process that gets better, faster, and more accurate under your leadership
