- Research & Development

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:
- Conduct research and development activities to improve the performance of our battery technology
- Develop and test new solid electrolytes for use in our batteries
- Scale up our battery technology from lab-scale to commercial production
- Work collaboratively with other scientists and engineers to optimize the performance of our batteries
- Analyze data and prepare reports on the results of research and development activities
- Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in battery technology and materials science
Qualifications:
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a research and development role in the battery industry
- Strong background in solid electrolytes and their use in batteries
- Experience with scaleup of battery technology from lab-scale to commercial production
