Senior Materials Scientist (Battery)

SUMMARY:
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Materials Scientist to join our dynamic team in the Technology industry. As a permanent member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and improving the performance of our battery technology. You will be working with a team of dedicated scientists and engineers to push the boundaries of what is possible in the field of battery technology.

MUST HAVES:

• Sulfide Solid Electrolytes
• Research & Development
• Scaleup Production

DUTIES & RESPONSBILITIES:

• Conduct research and development activities to improve the performance of our battery technology
• Develop and test new solid electrolytes for use in our batteries
• Scale up our battery technology from lab-scale to commercial production
• Work collaboratively with other scientists and engineers to optimize the performance of our batteries
• Analyze data and prepare reports on the results of research and development activities
• Keep up-to-date with the latest developments in battery technology and materials science

Qualifications:

• PhD in Materials Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a research and development role in the battery industry
• Strong background in solid electrolytes and their use in batteries
• Experience with scaleup of battery technology from lab-scale to commercial production
