Job Details

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for:

1. Developing, testing, and optimizing mechanical components and systems.
2. Using 3D CAD software for design and simulation purposes, creating detailed schematics for mechanical devices.
3. Performing Finite Element Analysis to predict how products react to real-world forces, vibration, heat, fluid flow, and other physical effects.
4. Designing and testing hydraulic or pneumatic systems, ensuring their functionality and reliability.
5. Leading and mentoring a team of junior engineers, promoting a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
6. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and sales to meet project objectives.
7. Conducting research to inform the design and engineering processes.
8. Participating in design reviews and providing expert advice and feedback.
9. Ensuring all designs and processes comply with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate will have:

1. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
2. A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar role.
3. Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
4. Extensive experience with Finite Element Analysis.
5. Knowledge of hydraulic or pneumatic systems.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and an innovative approach to mechanical design.
7. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
8. The ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
