Senior Paralegal

We are small women founded law firm with offices in Houston, TX and Utah. We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our legal team. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in supporting our attorneys. This role requires expertise in Personal Injury, Mass Tort Litigation, Motor Vehicle Accidents, Premises Liability, and various other areas of law. We are looking for someone that has:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Paralegal in a law firm or legal department.
• In-depth knowledge of personal injury, Mass Tort Litigation, motor vehicle accidents, and premises liability.
• Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of litigation procedures, including trial preparation, case management, and discovery.
• Excellent research skills, with the ability to gather and analyze information from various sources.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex legal concepts to attorneys, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using case management software and other relevant legal technology.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
