We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Preconstruction Manager to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a Preconstruction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the preconstruction process, from estimating to project planning. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in the industry and a proven track record of success in multifamily stick frame projects.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the project team to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans and budgets
• Conduct thorough site visits and analyze project requirements to ensure accuracy in estimates
• Manage the bidding process and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and vendors
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other stakeholders
• Lead preconstruction meetings and provide regular updates to the project team
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues throughout the preconstruction process
• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes and regulations
• Manage and mentor junior preconstruction staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in preconstruction and estimating for multifamily stick frame projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and techniques
• Experience with construction software such as Bluebeam, Procore, and PlanGrid
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership and management skills
