We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sr. Program Manager to spearhead the implementation of our digital infrastructure for our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. As the Sr. Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing IT strategies to support our ambitious growth plans and ensure seamless operations. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead transformative projects at the intersection of technology and sustainable transportation.

- IT Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and finance, to identify IT requirements and prioritize projects.
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimation.
- Timeline and Budget Management: Manage project timelines and budgets effectively, monitoring progress and addressing any deviations to ensure successful delivery.
- Vendor Management: Oversee vendor selection and management, including negotiation of contracts and service-level agreements.
- IT Infrastructure Implementation: Implement robust IT infrastructure, including ERP systems, manufacturing execution systems (MES), cybersecurity - measures, and data analytics platforms.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize IT processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Team Leadership and Development: Provide leadership and mentorship to IT team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10 years’ experience leading IT projects in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the automotive or energy sector required.
- Strong technical expertise demonstrated in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), MES, cybersecurity, networking, and cloud computing.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion, delivering results on time and within budget.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on driving innovation and leveraging technology to achieve business objectives.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP, Prince2) is a plus.
- Ability to speak Mandarin a plus.
