Senior Project Accountant

An award winning construction company, taking on a wide range of projects, servicing building, heavy industrial, civil, mining, power, etc. sectors. Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the collection and submission of documentation required for invoicing, including statutory declarations and WCB clearance letters, etc.
• Collecting third party invoices to support client billings.
• Assist in pursuing payment collection and work with client to resolve payment issues.
• Process equipment hours from timesheets.
• Extract equipment information and process weekly/monthly equipment time entry.
• Communicate reporting information and interpretations with leadership.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in project accounting
• Experience in commercial construction (preferred)
• Bachelor's in accounting or finance
