Job Details
1. Billing
Review, identify, and process vendor invoices, subcontractor AIA billings, and manage weekly check runs.
Prepare monthly billings, project draws, and handle intercompany reconciliation/balance account analysis.
Investigate project variances and identify opportunities for additional billings.
Assist the PM team with project commitments, change orders, forecasts, budgets, and WIP billing verification.
2. Reporting
Provide job cost reports on variances, projections, and analysis to field operations.
Manage vendor records, lien waivers, and project financial closeouts.
Support the annual audit, and special projects, and ensure all accounting deadlines are met.

Experience Needed:
Typically 3 years construction accounting experience preferred.
Strong general accounting knowledge and skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and AIA documents.
Experience with Job Cost ERP Systems, preferably Spectrum by Viewpoint.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and excellent communication.
Must be an energetic, flexible, and motivated self-starter.
