Job Details
- Maintain project schedule and proactively manage the project budget by owning approvals and deliveries, controlling expenses, and reviewing submittal data
- Coordinate and manage subcontractor activity and requirements onsite, including deliveries, and compliance; serve as onsite quality manager for assigned trades
- Assist in the development of the site utilization plan and oversee owner-required documentation processes
- Adapt to change and facilitate updates and improvements by coordinating change proposal requests, evaluating, and improving processes, and ensuring changes are communicated effectively
- Maintain professional relationships with all stakeholders and demonstrate your commitment to quality and to exceeding internal and external customer expectations
- Perform in accordance with all applicable company policies, and state/federal laws and assist with the coordination of various quality and risk control programs
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 6+ years’ experience in Construction, Civil Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in Residential Construction Project Management
- Experience with Type 1 High Rises or similar
- OSHA 30-hour Certification; issued in the past three years, and current First Aid & CPR training certificate
- Extensive computer knowledge (Windows), and working knowledge of construction and project management software
