POSITION PURPOSE:
Manages, oversees, plans, directs, coordinates and administers a variety of project management staffing and overall and project-specific functions involving scheduling, staffing, materials and equipment, liaison with General and other subcontractors, client contacts and other activities to provide projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES
QUALIFICATIONS
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 8 years of recent relevant experience as a Project Manager, Project Engineer, Field Manager or closely related position with responsibilities that includes at a Minimum Three (3) years of staff management/ supervision OR any combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTION AND BASIC DUTIES
- Manages, supervises, guides, trains and mentors assigned staff
- Conducts performance appraisals
- Participates in hiring decisions
- Establishes and monitors employee goals, objectives and project status
- Participate in sales, marketing and the procurement process
- Represents Midstate Mechanical in assigned pre- and post-project activities
- Directs, oversees and manages all staff assigned to manage project details of assigned projects to include, but not limited to, staffing, materials, scheduling, projections and related areas
- Manages and monitors project budgets, costs and expenditures
- Works with internal Company staff and departments on a variety of tasks associated with
- Reviews contracts for scope, detail and requirements
- Identifies deficiencies, issues and concerns
- Develops and/or reviews job checklist
- Initiates and/or identifies equipment, supplies and/or materials to be purchased
- Researches and prices details of equipment, materials, subcontracts and other project-
- Reviews specifications, drawings, blueprints, schematics and other documents
