Senior Project Manager - Construction

Based in Pittsburgh, we are an established and growing GC that specializes in commercial and multifamily construction. This includes both ground-up and renovations, with most of our work being in the local market and our projects typically ranging from $5-75M in value size.

Due to growth, we are hiring a Senior Project Manager. We are willing to relocate candidates for this position and will provide assistance as well.

MUST HAVE
+ Experience as Project Manager at a GC
+ Experience with commercial or multifamily construction
+ Experience with ground-up

NICE TO HAVE
+ ProCore or similar construction management software
+ Experience with concrete / post-tensioned projects
