Senior Project Manager (Design-Build Construction)

A top 50 ENR General Contractor, our client is an 80-year-old national builder and developer with multiple offices across the East Coast. A turnkey General Contractor our client focuses on Commercial, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Education, and Mixed-use construction, but has the capacity to handle any job.

A well-known General Contractor in the Metro DC area, our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager to run Ground-Up Projects from conception to completion. This opportunity has growth potential into a Project Executive for those that desire it.

An overview of the Senior Project Manager responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Act as the lead Project Manager from bid to project completion
• Manage Superintendents, Project Engineers, and Sub-Contractors for designated Projects
• Manage all financial aspects of the construction project
• Build and maintain relationships with Client's/Owners

Qualifications for a successful candidate include:

• 4 Year Degree in related field
• Minimum 5 years as a Project Manager
• Relevant market experience (projects over $20MM+)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
