Our organization is seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Project Manager to oversee our multi-family construction projects. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in managing complex, high-value projects in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initial planning and design through to completion and handover. This includes managing budgets, schedules, quality control, and stakeholder communication. If you are a strategic thinker with a knack for problem-solving and a passion for excellence, this role is for you.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage all phases of multi-family and healthcare construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, and manage project resources effectively.
3. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure project plans and specifications are adhered to.
4. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe and clean job site.
5. Manage relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors, ensuring clear and effective communication at all stages of the project.
6. Identify and mitigate project risks, and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the course of the project.
7. Monitor project progress and performance, and provide regular reports to senior management.
8. Work closely with the project team to ensure high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 8+ years' experience as a Senior Project Manager, Multi-family Superintendent, or similar role in the construction industry.
2. Proven experience managing multi-family and healthcare construction projects, with a strong knowledge of Podium Construction.
3. Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
4. Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team of professionals.
5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
6. A strong understanding of construction laws and regulations, and a commitment to health and safety.
7. Proficient in project management software and other industry-related technology.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
9. PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent is a plus.
