We are looking for new valued team members with strong leadership and communication skills. This Group specializes in building long-term relationships with repeat clients in healthcare, education, municipal, mass transit, and recreation by adapting to an owner’s preferred method of construction. This position is a managerial position responsible for contracts and/or work orders that reports to the Sr. Project Manager or Vice President for the PPG.

Requirements:

B.S. in Construction Management or Engineering and minimum 5 years of construction experience.
Experience in relevant markets is preferred.
Well versed in various procurement processes, including CM@Risk and design-bid build
Ability to manage multiple projects and personnel simultaneously.
Knowledge of construction, design, cost reporting and cash flow management.
Computer skills, knowledge of Project Management, Scheduling, good communication and organizational skills are necessary.
