Job Details
✅ What You’ll Bring:
10–15+ years in commercial construction, with large project exposure
Experience leading ground-up builds valued at $50M+
Microelectronics or advanced manufacturing project experience (required)
Strong communication skills in client-facing environments
Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management
🎯 Bonus Points:
Worked for nationally recognized general contractors
Familiarity with fast-track schedules or union environments
Experience building teams of PEs, Supers, and trade partners
