We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Senior Superintendent for our Data Center Construction team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects, specifically in the mission-critical facilities industry. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for leading the construction team, ensuring project completion within budget and schedule, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the construction of Data Center and mission-critical facilities projects from start to finish.
• Lead the construction team, including subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers, to ensure project completion within budget and schedule.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Manage the MEP (mechanical, electrical, and plumbing) systems and ensure they are installed and tested according to industry standards.
• Collaborate with the Director of Construction and Data Center Operations team to ensure seamless transition from construction to operation.
• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, including project status, budget, and schedule.
• Manage the punch list process and ensure all issues are resolved before project completion.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and ensure all workers comply with safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Data Center and mission-critical facilities construction.
• Strong knowledge of MEP systems and their installation and testing requirements.
• Proven track record in managing complex construction projects within budget and schedule.
• Experience working with office buildings and Data Center operations.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
