Senior Superintendent

We have been around since 1950 and have around 100 employees.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Superintendent, you will be responsible for overseeing the construction of ground-up projects from start to finish. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the construction of ground-up projects from start to finish
• Ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
• Manage and supervise construction crews, subcontractors, and vendors
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure that all project requirements are met
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Ensure that all safety regulations and protocols are followed on site
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure that work is being done to the required standards
• Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of superintendent experience with a general contractor
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction plans
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of construction safety regulations and protocols
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
