Minimum of 5 years of experience in a lead Superintendent role
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the construction industry
Must have experience leading ground up, commercial projects from inception to completion
Ability to manage and run projects $20M+
Strong communication skills with Project Manager, Subcontractor's and Owner's
Maintain the job schedule to bring projects in on time and under budget
Daily logs of job activity including compiling change orders in a timely manner
Ability to identify and solve problems
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
