We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the tax function of the organization and ensuring compliance with all tax laws and regulations. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation and benefits packages.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the tax function of the organization, including all tax compliance and reporting requirements
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Develop and implement tax planning strategies to minimize the organization's tax liability
• Manage relationships with external tax advisors and auditors
• Prepare and review tax returns, including federal and state income tax returns, sales tax returns, and property tax returns
• Conduct tax research and analysis to identify tax planning opportunities and potential tax risks
• Provide tax advice and guidance to other departments within the organization
• Manage the tax provision process and prepare quarterly and annual tax provisions
• Monitor changes in tax laws and regulations and communicate the impact of these changes to management
• Assist with special tax projects and initiatives as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
• 5+ years of experience in public accounting
• QuickBooks experience
• Microsoft Excel proficiency
• Bill.com experience
• CPA designation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
