Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their unique tax needs and develop tailored solutions.
• Prepare and review complex tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with tax laws and regulations.
• Conduct in-depth research on tax issues, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and applying them to client situations.
• Proactively identify tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients.
• Provide comprehensive tax advice and guidance to clients, addressing their concerns and questions with clarity and professionalism.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, building long-term relationships and fostering a high level of client satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor junior tax team members, providing guidance and support to facilitate their professional growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal and finance, to provide integrated solutions for clients.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, sharing insights with clients and colleagues.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of tax processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional certification.
• 4 years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services, preferably within a reputable firm or corporate tax department.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing client needs.
• Proficiency in tax software and MS Office Suite.
