Senior Tax Attorney

What you'll be doing:

• Conduct legal research, analysis and drafting of complex memoranda related to tax matters.
• Provide tax counseling experience in partnership tax law, tax-side transactional work, including M&A, state and local tax and tax planning strategies.
• Work collaboratively with other attorneys and support staff to provide high quality service to our clients.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
• 1800h billable requirement

What we're looking for:

• JD from an accredited school
• At least 10 years of M&A focused tax experience
• Member of UT bar
