Essential Functions:

• Prepare and review tax returns related to Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC)
• Cost certifications for Section 42
• HUD audit engagements
• Partnership tax allocations
• Tax-exempt bond deals
• Support the partner team in identifying and planning the development of strategy, objectives, and budgets as needed
• Interest in a career path to partner

You should know some of the following:
