Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Tax Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing individual and partnership tax returns, tax planning, and advisory services for our clients. This is a critical role that will involve working closely with our clients and our internal team to ensure the highest level of service is provided.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the preparation and review of individual and partnership tax returns
• Provide tax planning and advisory services to clients
• Coordinate with the client’s other advisors, such as legal and investment advisors, to ensure a comprehensive approach to the client’s financial situation
• Stay up-to-date with the latest tax laws and regulations
• Assist in the development and implementation of tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes for clients
• Manage and develop relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
• Provide guidance and supervision to junior staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA, JD or LLM required
• Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in tax preparation and advisory services, with a focus on high-net-worth individuals and partnerships
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
