Job Details
Senior Tax Manager - Key Responsibilities will include:
1. Managing and overseeing all tax-related activities, including compliance, reporting, planning, and strategy.
2. Preparing and reviewing income tax returns and ensuring timely and accurate filing.
3. Developing and implementing effective tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize financial outcomes.
4. Conducting complex tax research and analysis to support business decisions.
5. Collaborating with other departments to provide tax advice and guidance on business initiatives and transactions.
6. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations and ensuring company-wide compliance.
7. Liaising with tax authorities and external auditors, and managing tax audits and disputes.
8. Providing leadership, mentoring, and training to tax department staff.
9. Participating in financial management meetings and contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
