Responsibilities:
− Ensure client satisfaction as the primary reviewer and of traffic, air quality, energy, greenhouse gas, and health risk assessments and/or noise impact analyses.
− Provide consistent real-time feedback to direct reports and junior associates to promote career development.
− Manage projects to ensure the quality of technical and written analysis and adherence to budget and schedule.
− Review and understand related traffic impact and CEQA/NEPA assessments as needed.
− Ensure cross-functional quality control by reviewing project-related documents and analyses for accuracy.
− Write proposals and assist with the development of discipline-related marketing materials as needed.
− Contribute to the improvement of department processes and procedures.
− Review and evaluates data supplied by others and recommends necessary changes.
− Ensure that systems and databases are accurate and actively maintained.
− Attend public hearings as needed.
− Support positive client relations through consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
− Participate in continuing education to stay abreast of industry trends and maintain technical expertise.

Qualifications:
− Bachelor’s degree and 5-10 years relevant full-time work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience required.
− Experience with transportation analysis software including Synchro, PTV Vistro, Traffix, AutoCAD, ESRI ArcGIS, and/or TransCAD required for position.
− Experience using air quality models including CalEEMod, EMFAC, AERMOD/AERSCREEN
− Advanced knowledge of Adobe Suite (Illustrator and InDesign specifically), and Microsoft Suite is helpful.
