Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Coordinator to join our team. As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, billing, dispatch, payroll, time cards, timesheets and document retention. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3+ years of experience in this type of role and must possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities:
- Schedule and dispatch service technicians to job sites
- Review and approve timecards and timesheets for payroll
- Create and send invoices to customers
- Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer accounts
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction
- Communicate with customers regarding service requests, billing inquiries, and follow-up appointments
- Manage and maintain the AS400 database
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in the coordinating/scheduling industry
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in scheduling, dispatch, billing, payroll, time cards, timesheets etc.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of Fire Protection systems and equipment is a plus
- Knowledge of AS400 a plus or other accounting systems
