We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Service Manager to join our team in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance, mechanics, leadership, supervision, electronics, schematics, and hydraulics. This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage the service team to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance of production equipment.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance of all equipment.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities, including scheduling and tracking of work orders.
- Provide technical support and guidance to the service team, including troubleshooting and problem-solving assistance.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, including regular communication and reporting on service activities.
- Continuously evaluate and improve service processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a service management role in the manufacturing industry.
- Strong technical background in maintenance, mechanics, electronics, schematics, and hydraulics.
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and customers.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred, but not required.
