Job Details
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES : The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the metal manufacturing facility. This includes managing personnel, ensuring safety protocols are followed, monitoring production and quality control, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The Shift Supervisor will also be responsible for training and developing staff, as well as ensuring that all production goals are met in a timely manner. This position covers the overnight shift.
Supervise and coordinate the activities of personnel engaged in metal manufacturing operations.
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
Troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times.
Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
Maintain records of production output and other relevant data
Prepare reports on production performance for management review.
Ensure all production goals are met in a timely manner.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment.
Experienced with Lean Manufacturing principles, Kaizen, Tier Board processes, etc.
Bachelor’s degree Preferred
