This full-time permanent position is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional with a background in sales, customer service, and display management in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be primarily responsible for managing our showroom, generating leads, and providing excellent customer service to our clients. This role requires a minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role or related field.
Responsibilities
As a Showroom Specialist, your day-to-day tasks will include:
1. Managing the showroom operations and ensuring that all displays are kept up to date with the latest construction materials and trends.
2. Engaging clients as they enter the showroom, providing them with product knowledge, and answering any queries they may have.
3. Generating and following up on leads to convert into sales, ensuring that sales targets are consistently met.
4. Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring that all client needs are met promptly and effectively.
5. Collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop strategies to attract more clients to the showroom.
6. Maintaining a clean and inviting showroom environment that encourages clients to explore and make purchases.
7. Conducting market research to stay updated on the latest trends in the construction industry and suggesting new products for display.
8. Participating in trade shows and industry events to promote our products and services.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for the Showroom Specialist position will have:
1. A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a showroom, sales, or customer service role in the construction industry.
2. Proven track record of generating leads and converting them into sales.
3. Strong knowledge of construction materials and the latest industry trends.
