Job Details
Must be willing to work in a hybrid schedule local to Dallas.
***Not a fully remote role***
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field.
3 years of experience with IT/Business Application project implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Oracle EBS, SAP, MES Systems, etc. on a large-scale implementation
Working knowledge of Manufacturing business processes (i.e. Sales, Raw Materials, Production, Quality, Maintenance, Purchasing, Shipping, Finance)
PMP, Scrum Master, ITIL certifications
Experience with JIRA, Agile, Dev Ops methodologies
MBA is a plus
Experience in the Manufacturing Industry (Metals industry preferred)
The specific responsibilities of the Solution Architect include, but are not limited to:
Leading the effort to design an enterprise solution that meets the requirements of our business while maintaining global standardization and minimizing customizations whenever possible.
Working closely with both functional and technical analysts across all teams during the design and implementation phases, providing continual guidance to help achieve the goals of the project.
Assisting with the control of processes that govern the documentation of solution design, configuration, and change requests.
Communicating the project goals and strategies to help NBT and division teammates understand how Users can leverage system capabilities to improve efficiency, eliminate manual processes, and gain valuable information to make better decisions.
Leading and/or assisting with focused initiatives to continually improve the global solution.
